Hairy Bellies

You don't want to flaunt it, but you got a hairy belly
It is cozy in the winter and unslightly in the summer
You don't like to wax it, to smooth it out
Just accept it and maybe braid it, your hairy belly

It is hard when it is a sign of age, or covers a paunch,
but remember, if you shave it, you'll have a stubble belly
It makes a good place for a cat to snooze
and a fun place for static cling, your hairy belly

You can call it your sweater, or a beard for your tummy
Either way, you embrace it, and others will too
Just pat your hairy belly and smile at your manileness
